Acceptable Use Policy

Effective June 29, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are not permitted when using Rentivue. It supplements the Terms of Service.

You must not

  • Access data belonging to another organization, or attempt to defeat tenant isolation.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures, without authorization.
  • Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful communications.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or interfere with other users.
  • Misuse AI features to generate deceptive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.

Data responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and process personal data about tenants, applicants, vendors, and employees, and for complying with applicable housing, fair-credit, privacy, and employment laws.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service or other customers. We may preserve and disclose information where required by law.
